It’s a pleasure to announce that we have been awarded, in collaboration with our partner GH Cranes and Components the contract to supply gantry, cranes and hoists for the SWRO Desalination Plant in Dakhla, Morocco.
This important project will produce both irrigation and potable water from seawater, contributing to water sustainability in the region.
The plant, through a total water production capacity of 89,101 m³/day, with 86,901 m³/day dedicated to irrigation and 2,200 m³/day for potable water, will plays a crucial role in supporting local agricultural and drinking water needs, ensuring a reliable supply for the community.
Our customer, headquartered in Genoa, is a global leader in water desalination, water treatment and sustainable waste management.
Operating on five continents, they are a key EPC contractor for water resource management, contributing to large-scale infrastructure projects.
We have worked together on several desalination projects over the past seven years, including:
- Lotto 2 Riachuelo in Argentina
- Takreer in the UAE
- Shuaibah 3 in Saudi Arabia
- Rennes Metropole in France
